The tradeston footbride, Glasgow
Known in Glasgow as the squiggly bridge, due to its curve. It was given a curve to give greater length so that the incline isn't as steep as would have been required for a straight bridge, allegedly. The bridge was opened in 2009 giving a link from the so called 'financial district' to Tradeston, I'm sure the good people of Tradeston feel all the better for it.
