The City Union Railway Bridge, Glasgow
Opened in 1899, this was the first bridge across the Clyde to have a steel superstructure. It was built to increase the capacity into St Enough Railway Station. That station has long since gone but despite the apparent trees growing on the bridge it is still part of the rail network and in use today.
