Glenmallan Jetti, Loch Long
Glenmallan has a direct link to the Glen Douglas munitions store in the hills above.  It is an ideal location for loading munitions and stores onto fleet auxilliaries such as Fort Austin seen here.  The deep waters of Loch Long are capable of taking the largest Royal Navy ships currently in service.
