Dating from 1831 it was built as a cotton mill and in 1864 it was converted to Flax spinning by W&J Knox. Knox still own the building but in 2017 the Stoneyholm Mill Trust was formed with the aim to preserve and regenerate the building. This photo was taken during the 2017 "Doors Open" day.
