If you turned the clock back 100 years little would change in this view other than the parked cars. This street is typical of 3 and 4 story sandstone tenemant blocks in Glasgow. During the 1980's large grants were given to enable this type of housing to be re-roofed and 100 years of grime cleaned from the sandstone, bringing back the red and yellow colours of their former glory.
