The Trades Hall, Glasow
In 1791, Robert Adam was commissioned to design a new Trades Hall on Glassford Street as a meeting place for the 14 Incorporated Crafts of Glasgow. He worked on Trades Hall at the very end of his career but sadly died two years before its completion. His brothers, James and William, were responsible for finishing the building which opened in 1794.
