Strathleven House
Built in 1700, it is said to be one of the earliest surviving examples of a Palladian country house in Scotland.  The house was lived in until 1947 when it was compulsory purchased to create an industrial estate.  It remained empty and in a derelect state until 1985 when the Scottish Historic Buildings Trust purchased it, a full restoration was completed in 2000 and the building now houses office space.
