The Barony 'A' Frame, Auchinleck
This catagory B listed structure is all that remains of the Barony Colliery, set up in 1907 by the Eglinton Iron Company to supply coal to their Lugar Ironworks.  After being Nationalised, a new shaft was sunk in the 1950's, the frame was built in 1954 and is the last of its kind in the UK.
