North Berwick Law
The view from North Berwick Law over the town of North Berwick. Berwick is a conical hill that rises steeply from the landscape and is a local landmark being visible for miles around. There are remains of an iron age fort at the top and since 1709 there has been a whales jawbone. Since then it has been replaced 4 times, the final time in 2008 when a fibreglass replica the same size as the previous was installed.
