The scene on board possibly goes like this, "Mr President, we've arrived in Scatland", George Bush, "Great, now where's ma Clubs?"  This B747-200B, tail no 29000, is one of two modified 747's used by the President.  The main difference between this and a standard 747 is the internal layout and its extra communications capability.  The bump just below the cockpit window is for in flight re-fuelling.
