Sunshine 60, Tokyo 1986 Sunshine 60 is a 60 story mixed use tower block in the Ikebukuro area of Tokyo. When completed in 1978 it was the tallest building in asia at 238m. There is an observation deck on the 60th floor with views over all of Tokyo.
