Billy SMarts Circus parading through Paisley, June 1960, 8mm colour film

A Pipe Band, Polar Bears and Elephants. A sight you are unlikely to see ever again in Greenock Road, Paisley. Billy Smart's Circus is still around today, but in these politically correct times it is apparently now a human only spectacle.
