Cape Pioneer berthed at Hunterston Ore Terminal, Firth of Clyde
Delivered in January 2005 by Hyundia Samho heavy Industries in South Korea. This vessel is a bulk carrier with a dead weigth tonnage of 170,000 tons, it is 289m long and has a beam of 47m. It looks like its cargo has nearly been off loaded judging by how high she is sitting in the water, it only takes a matter of days to unload a ship of this size with the cranes working round the clock.
