Falls of Foyers
Located on the east side of Loch Ness the falls drop about 165ft. The amount of water on the falls has apparently been reduced since 1895 when an aluminium smelting plant was built and used the water for generating electricity, that has sine closed but the River Foyers is now part of a pumped-storage Hydro Scheme.
