One of the 6 "Point Class" Sea Lift ships built under a private finance initiative for the UK MoD. She was built by Harland & Wolf in Belfast and commissioned in 2002. Displacing some 23,000 tons she is designed as a RoRo ship via the stern door or as is the case here for transporting containers on the top deck. There are 2650 linear metres of space for vehicles.
