Glasgow Central Station Railway Bridge
Built in 1905 by the Caledonian Railway Company to replace one built in 1878 who's pillars can still be seen. You can still read this modest inscription carved on the old pillar on the left, "All Greatness Stands Firm in the Storm" The reflection of the King George V (1928) road bridge can be seen behind. The view point is from the Glasgow Bridge (1899). Map location.
