The ruins of Castle Balzieland form a backdrop at Logan Gardens

All that remains of Balzieland Castle, a 16th century Tower House, is the south angle you see here which has been incorporated into the walls at Logan Botanic Garden. It is said to have burned down around 1500. Map location.
