Invergordon
For many years the Cromarty firth has been a natural save haven for shipping. In the past it was an anchorage for the Royal Navy's Home Fleet. Today it is used as an anchorage for Oil Rigs and is frequently visited by cruise ships. The village of Cromarty on the Black Isle can be seen in the distance.
