Ladybower reservoir, Peak District, 1989

This is one of these places you might never have visited but have probably heard of. It lies on what is locally known as "Snake Road" which leads to Snake Pass on the A57 between Sheffield and Manchester. Due to the height of the road it is often closed by bad weather in the winter and mentioned on road reports. Map location.
