Crossmichael Church, Dumfries & Galloway

The present building dates from 1751 but the unsual narrow tower is thought to date from around 1611 from the previous church that stood here. In 1989 the congregations of Parton, a few miles up the road, united with Crossmichael with one minister serving both churches. Map location.
