Nardini, Largs

The name Nardini's and Largs are inseperable. This art deco building has been the source of quality icecream for day trippers since the 1930's. A day in Largs was incomplete without a visit to Nardini's. Sadly the business got into problems in the last few years and this photo was taken in 2004 shortly before it "temporarily" closed for refurbishment. At the time of writing in 2007 there is still no sign of work being carried out on the restoration of the building.
