Built in 1870 by Gavin Ralston, it was later bought by Henry Dunlop, owner of the Levern Mill who enlarged it to what you see today. In the 1930s the estate was bought by Barrhead Burgh Council and the house is now a community centre. The recent addition of an access ramp has somewhat spoilt the look of the building but as a community centre it must now have disabled access. Map location.
