Japan Airlines 747-346 (N212JL) takes on fuel and food at Anchorage, Alaska, 1985
This was a JAL flight from London Heathrow to Tokyo Narita in 1985.  Its only reason for landing at Anchorage was to take on more fuel and food.  For the second leg of the flight the Air Hostesses changed in to traditional Japanese clothing.
