Royal Navy Ships, Cromarty Firth, 1938
Taken in September 1938 from Invergrodon. At that time Cromarty Bay was used by the Royal Navy as one of the anchorages for the Home Fleet. A chemist in Invergordon refused to print these photos, taken by my Mother, thinking she may be a spy. The 2 ships on the left may be Revenge class Battleships but its difficult to tell.
