The North Tower, Forth Road Bridge
Built in 1964 the Forth Road bridge was at that time the longest suspension bridge outside the USA. It spans some 2.5km and the tower you see here is 156m (512ft) in height. This photo was taken in 2016 when it was still the main crossing. From September 2017 the bridge was closed to all traffic except buses and taxis. It also remains the only way for pedestrians to walk across.
