Vic 32 entering the locks at the Laggan end of Loch Lochy. Vic 32, built in 1943, is a former Clyde puffer and now used for cruises around the canals and west coast. In Aug 2004 it failed its boiler certification and its future was in doubt, however, in 2005 the Heritage lottery fund awarded ?100,000 which will not only replace the boiler but allow other repairs to be done to the hull. Vic 32 should again be sailing the waters of the west coast in 2006.
