Loch Quoich
A rather desolate view of Loch Quoich, few people pass down by here since the road is a dead end. After the construction of a dam in 1955 the water level was raised by 100ft. Before the clearances of the 1780's the shores of the original loch were dotted with settlements and good grazing. The Dam increased the size of the loch from 3 square miles to 7.
