Boeing KC-135 Strato Tanker, Fairford, 1993 First introduced in 1957 it is based on the Boeing 707 airliner airframe. They remain in service today having had many upgrades. They will eventually all be replaced by the KC-46 which is based on the Boeing 767 airliner.
