Anthorn Radio Station, Cumbria
Not actually in Scotland but visible from the Scottish side of the Solway Coast.  Anthorn is a former Fleet Air Arm airfield that now houses a NATO VLF transmitter for transmitting orders to Submarines, an LF transmitter operated by the National Physical Laboratory that transmits time signals for clocks.
