Kircolm Point, Wig Bay, Loch Ryan
Loch Ryan has many sites dating from the second World War. This one here at Wig Bay is where flying boats were services and brought out the water. The field behind the lookout post still has all the concrete hard standings where the aircraft were parked. Map location.
