A view of the main entrance to Blair Castle . The oldest part here is the square tower in the centre which was built in the 15th century but possibly retains some parts from the 13th century. Most of what you see was added in the 1870s in Scots Baronial Style. In 2011 the clock tower was badly damaged by fire but has been rebuilt and restored.
