If you walk to the end of the high street you get to the this public area.  The statue in the foreground is of Donald Cameron, the 24th chief of Clan Cameron.  To the left is the war memorial, the Church is the Duncansburgh Macintosh Parish Church and dates from 1882.  It is built from Ballachulish granite faced free stone.
