Feeding time at Irvine Harbour
Looking from the harbour back towards the town. Irvine was Scotlands last 'New Town', designated as such in 1966. It never reached its intended potential of 116,000 population, today the population is 22,000. However, the 6 lane highway intended to speed all those ellusive residents on their way is a joy to drive on today :-)
