Nether Kirkton House, Neilston
This catagory B listed building was restored from an empty shell in 2003 and made into flats. It was the Mill owners house for the Nether kirkton Bleachworks. It is marked on an 1858 map of Neilston but I suspect it to be older than this. More recently it was used as a Chirldrens home until being abandoned and left to ruin. Its a shame the developer chose to plant a 21st century lamp post right in front of it.
