RAF Typhoon FGR4
Developed in the 1990's this is the front line aircraft of the RAF. It has a top speed of Mach 1.8 powered by two EJ200 turbojets delivering 20,000ibs of thrust each.  This particular aircraft is from RAF Conningsby in England but 6 Squardron is currently based at RAF Leuchers in Fife and will be moved to Lossiemouth in 2013 when Leuchers closes.
