F4 Phantom XT 899, Fairford, 1993
The McDonnell F4 Phyantom was a carrier borne fighter-bomber first introduced in 1961, more than 5,000 were built over a period of 20 years.  These two examples were used with the Royal navy fleet carriers of the time.  They were withdrawn from service in 1992.
