Loch Long and Arrochar
A view of the top of Loch Long with the remains of Arrochar Pier. The Pier was built in 1850 for the many passenger steamers that used to ply the Clyde at that time. The high point for the Clyde Steamers was probably the 1930's, As road transport took over the pier fell into disuse and was abandoned.
