The Clochoderick Stone, Renfrewshire

A classic example of a large boulder moved by ice during the last ice age. Legend also asserts its use by the Druids as a site for despensing justice. The stone apparently used to rock and depending how the stone moved with the accused in place would decide innocence or guilt. Map location.
