Homyoji Temple. Tokyo 1985

A Nichiren Buddhist temple housing Kishimojin (Hariti), the deity of easy childbirth. The temple may have been founded in 810AD but the buildings were destroyed by the Kanto Earthquake and air raids during World War II but has been reconstructed since then.
