Looking up river from Broughty Castle

The Tay road bridge can be seen in the distance, it really does slope downwards from Fife to Dundee, perhaps so the good folks of Fife can roll their rubbish across the bridge? The tower blocks of Dundee can be seen just to the left of the Castle with the town of Broughty Ferry on the right. At the Castle entrance you can just make out the barrels of some old canons. Legend has it that in 1989 a tourist spotted these buried in the car park with the barrels protruding being used as bollards.
