North eastern panoramic view over Long Loch
At only 282m James's Hill gives a surprisingly good view over East Renfrewshire and beyond. In the foreground is Long Loch and behind that Harelaw Dam. On the left Glasgow can be seen in the distance. The Neilston Pad is where the dark patch of trees are and to the right of that can be seen the familiar 'shoulder' outline of Ben Lomond.
