Nether Largie Standing Stones, Kilmartin Glen

A complex set of standing stones consisting of 13 stones. The closest stone pictured here is about 2.8m in height. The nature and position of these stones has lead many to believe they could have been used to track the movement of the sun or other celestial bodies.
