Looking over Loch Lomond from Inversnaid Hotel

Ben Vane can be seen rising to 915m on the west side of Loch Lomond. The bridge carries the West Highland way footpath north. This is the only means of travelling up the eastern side of Loch Lomond beyond Rowardennan. The Inversnaid Hotel can be seen on the right, it can be reached by passenger ferry from Inveruglas or by a long single track road. Map location
