The Kyles of Bute
The channel of water around the Island of Bute is known as the Kyles of Bute.  This view is over the north Kyles with the villages of Tighnabruaich and Kames on the right hand side of the bay.  In the distance the mountains of Arran are partly obscured by cloud.  On the horizon is the distinctive outline of the Holy Isle.
