Superseacat Two, Troon Harbour
Superseacat is a monohull ferry powered by steerable water jets and capable of speeds up 40 knots.  It can carry 175 cars and 800 passengers. The crossing to Larne in Northern Ireland from Troon is just over 2hrs.  Since this photo was taken in 2000 it have moved on to other routes and also now has a registry port of Liverpool.
