A view of Glasgow taken from the Springhill area of Barrhead. The telephoto lens gives the impression that Glasgow is surrounded by trees but its really an illusion.Just left of centre you can see the Clyde Arc bridge which gives an idea where the river Clyde is running through the city centre. Taken in late 2017 when the old (new) Barrhead High School was still standing, you can its boiler house chimmney on the left.
