KIrkoswald Old Church
The small village of Kirkoswald lies on the busy A77 trunk road a few miles outside of Maybole. You pass through it in seconds but it merits more. The old Church dates from 1244 and is famous because Robert Burns stayed in the village as a boy and later used some names from this graveyard as characters in his books.
